You can be assured that your order will be processed quickly and delivered to you safely.
- The
buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. Shipping insurance on
orders under $100 is available for an additional cost and must be
selected by the customer on checkout. Shipping insurance is
automatically included on purchases over $100.

Items stocked in our local warehouse ship within 5 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).

Some items are ordered from our suppliers as they are purchased. Those items can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Full
bolts of fabric can be ordered from our suppliers. Please allow up to 4
weeks for delivery. Back ordered items can take up to 8 weeks for
delivery.

International shipping charges do not include any custom or duty charges that may be due in any particular country.

We
provide no guarantees on orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail or
USPS Parcel Post. The buyer agrees to these terms when choosing this
shipping method.

USPS
quotes 2-3 days for delivery when using Priority Shipping. There is no
quoted delivery time or tracking information for USPS First Class mail. UPS Ground quotes 3-4
days for delivery. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
These timeframes are the estimated delivery time after your order has
been shipped, not from the order date. - Please verify the
shipping address entered on checkout. Any packages returned to us due
to the buyer entering incorrect shipping information will incur
additional cost to reship.
- FREE
SHIPPING - If you qualify for Free Shipping but your order also
contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees
for those ineligible items. We reserve the right to use the shipping
carrier of our choice on orders that qualify for free shipping. Free
shipping applies to one shipment to one location per order.
- Your selected shipping carrier may be changed under any of the following circumstances:
We determine that a lower rate is available for equal or better service to a specific location.
We determine that your order will require
any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during
